Pathways Crew & Design

Pathways Crew and Design consists of eight members from across the UK – who are building skills and experience in backstage theatre work. Skills areas include: access, stage management, production management, set design, sound design, lighting design, costume design, eco-scenography, props, technical production and producing.

The programme consists of: masterclasses, mentoring, shadowing and preparation/delivery of the Crew and Design Showcase which took place in February 2023. A Crew and Design Round Table – exploring issues facing visually impaired backstage crew and design – took place on the same day.
