Caroline has a Masters in Arts in Therapy and Education, along with twenty years’ experience as a theatre and arts practitioner/producer. Caroline has worked for/works for a range of companies including: Spare Tyre Theatre Company, The Park Theatre, Watermans Arts Centre (Hounslow Arts Trust), Second Wave for Youth Arts, and Greenwich and Lewisham Young Peoples’ Theatre (now Tramshed). She is currently a Trustee at The Space Arts Centre on the Isle of Dogs where she lives.

Caroline specialises in the design, delivery and evaluation of tailor-made theatre arts programmes for marginalised groups. These include communities such as: people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds, adults with learning difficulties and physical impairments, young people at risk of exclusion, asylum seekers, young people affected or infected with HIV/Aids, people living with dementia and their carers; and women who have experienced violence.

Caroline is passionate about theatre, with specialisms in: storytelling, devising and collaboration/working across art forms. Caroline is an experienced producer, having managed programmes such as: refugee arts festivals, new writing festivals for teenagers, artist residencies and drama based race equality projects in schools. Caroline regularly reports to funders and is familiar with a range of evaluation and reviewing techniques.
