Don't miss the next Extant/Sadler's Wells sensory dance experience in London on 8 August 2015, which offers a free day of events for visually impaired audiences, culminating in an audio described performance of New Adventures The Car Man. This show is a contemporary retelling of Carmen (suitable for ages 14+).

Timetable of events:

  • Sensory practical workshop  10.30am-12.30pm
  • Touch tour of show set – 1pm
  • Audio Described performance of New Adventures The Car Man – start time 2.30pm
  • Performance ends – 4.50pm

The day takes place at Sadler's Wells, Rosebery Avenue, London EC1R 4TN. Access support will be on hand during hte workshops; sighted companions and guide dogs are welcome.

The day is free for all visually impaired bookers who have not previously taken part in a previous Extant/Sadler's Wells dance experience (Edward Scissorhands, Great Gatsby). For previous attendees the cost is just £10 for the full day.
