Artistic Director Maria Oshodi was part of the discussion panel at Arts Council England's Digital Utopias conference on 20 January 2015. Extant's experiences in haptic research and other experimental performance were part of a lively debate around the subject Showcase: Designing Performance (Performance & Interactivity), which also included The Royal Shakespeare Company’s Sarah Ellis and artists Marshmallow Laser Feast.
