Amelia Zhou is an arts worker, writer and dancer. She has previously held roles at arts and media organisations such as Sydney Dance Company and Sydney Morning Herald in Australia.
As a writer, she is interested in exploring ideas around performance, gender and race, with recent non-fiction and poetry published in Running Dog, Australian Book Review, and more. She also works closely with young writers as a non-fiction editor for the Australian literary journal Voiceworks.
Amelia is currently pursuing a MA Creative Practice (Transdisciplinary) at Trinity Laban, where she is investigating the intersection of movement and poetic practices.
