A group of workshop participants stand and crouch in different positions while linking arms with one another.

Funded by Sportivate, participants are working with two of Extant's associated artists, Amelia Cavallo and Katy Dymoke, to improve fitness and well-being. Using physical theatre as a creative tool, participants will explore themes of friendship, isolation and journeys. Meanwhile, Extant's partnership between mac Birmingham and The Lowry, Salford is continuing to flourish.
